I agree Patty. We spend a lot of team in meetings and I often leave them feeling more frustrated because it usually means we have something else heaped on our plate. We spent over an hour one day going over survey questions about our school. I gue...

At times I have seen behaviors from both the unproductive and productive list. I think for a meeting to be successful to you it needs to have a purpose for you that will actually accomplish something. As a special area teacher I have attended many...

You are right! Learning to narrow our focus is a huge challenge, as well as the time issue. I love your idea of the "big shots" who make some of these "not-well-thought-out" decisions, coming in and actually testing/practicing first-hand the manda...

Share your experiences. What are some success? What preparations did your school take to make the experience successful?

It's only three times per year! lol
